"Curtis did an EXCEPTIONAL job guiding me through my first home purchase. I am a young home buyer (mid 20’s)and was very nervous about putting offers in because I didn’t feel like I knew enough. Curtis made sure I was well informed and confident in the process before I put in an offer. He is a wealth of knowledge and thought outside the box in order to help me find a home that not only met my living space needs but that also respected my finance goals. He was on top of everything every step of the way! And very responsive whenever I reached out. I am visually impaired and Curtis was considerate and diligent in making sure paperwork / appointments were accessible for me. He far surpassed the expectations I could have had for a great agent. To put it plainly, I consider myself quite lucky to have had Curtis as an agent, and have already recommended him to everyone I know looking or thinking about buying. JOB WELL DONE!"
